They have been building what they are calling Luxury Apartments down the street from me for quite a number of months now. They are building so much housing in my city I wonder who in the world is going to be living in all these places. It seems to me that we already have more housing than people, but maybe I just am not aware of how many people are looking for housing in my little city. Anyway, I have had my eye on these luxury apartments from day one because I love the location and they seem to be embracing different kinds of Technology. One kind of Technology they have been advertising on their signs is HVAC technology. They claim to be using the most modern advances in Heating and Cooling in each apartment. I have been reading these messages on the sign, and have been wondering exactly what they’re doing. Yesterday, I saw that heating and cooling truck parked over there, so I took the opportunity to ask the guy what exactly they were doing. Well, it turns out they are outfitting each of the apartments with the most modern HVAC technology that is reasonably priced. Each apartment will have mini split ductless air conditioning systems. Along with that, they will have Smart thermostats, and even more intriguing, they will have heated flooring. The heated floors are intended to assist with heating, not be a total replacement for the mini split Heating. He said they are even looking at having sensors put in To tell the AC unit whether people are in the house or not.If they could just make the HVAC unit take the trash out! That would be terrific!
