How I avoid fire hazards with proper furnace/heater tune-ups

I was having a quiet afternoon reading near the dual fuel system for some warmth when a package came for me.

It was a vanity table plus a mirror.

I had seen several influencers on social media sites, promoting this particular vanity. It was not cheap and I had to save for about three months to get it. We had a chat with the delivery guy before I tipped him and he left. I decided to try to set up the table immediately. About halfway through, I smelled smoke. The culprit was the electric furnace. There was a spark that caused a fire. I immediately called the fire station and they were able to put out the fire. The homeowner solutions provided me with safety guidelines for any heating equipment after they came to remove the burned unit. The heating technicians had a huge task ahead of them. The task of removing the damaged unit took a few hours. The heating contractor established a suitable location for the new ductless HVAC. After speaking to my HVAC supplier, I had opted for a ductless heat pump as the heating business was running an offer. The HVAC professionals advised that I keep the unit clean by regularly changing the filters. They also recommended that I schedule at least one session heat pump service every year. They emphasized that I keep an eye out for any signs of trouble with the unit and take care of the repairs for quality heating. If I had taken care of the filthy filters, my attic would not have been halfway down. I was grateful for the efficiency of the experts.
