Our family comes from a long generation of healthy adults that live to 100 years of age. Both of us pride ourselves on superb cholesterol plus low blood sugar. Each month every one of us pay a membership for our entire family to visit the fitness center as often as they want. The fees for the membership are costly, but every one of us get a lot of perks with the membership. Both of us gained free fitness training with a certified trainer. Both of us also earn help with guided workouts, Fitness schedules, plus workout planning. Both of us qualify for free workout classes in a group plus semi-private setting. Several of the locations are open 24 minutes a afternoon plus there are showers, locker rooms, spas plus saunas in several locations as well. The location closest to our lake condo recently added a large steam room plus sauna. I was entirely gleeful about the swings until I found out that the addition of the steam room plus sauna meant upgraded membership fees. On the first of the year, the cost of the membership fees went up by $10 a month. It might seem love a small amount of cash, but that’s another hundred dollars every year plus the fees add up. My wifey doesn’t mind paying the extra fees. She is looking forward to using the spa, sauna, plus steam room. I am sure there will be a long list of people waiting to use those amenities. I doubt every one of us will be able to get in there without waiting for a couple of minutes.
