Food is my passion, and I consider myself a foodie. My favorite cuisine is Italian, but I have a world-famous restaurant in my neighborhood. There are so many delicious food options, even though I don’t eat steak. The best part is the desserts. I visit this restaurant at least once a month, and I visited even during the height of the pandemic. I requested a table outside the restaurant during the pandemic to be as safe as possible. I still request a table in the outdoor seating area despite things returning to normal. The restaurant recently updated its heating and air conditioning system in order to improve indoor air quality. They now use HEPA filters to ensure their customers and employees breathe the cleanest air possible. In order to prevent or reduce the chances that their customers will become ill, restaurants need to improve the ventilation inside their facilities. Since I feel more comfortable breathing the air outdoors, I will continue to sit outside. The air quality is not a concern when I sit outside. The weather is perfect on those afternoons when it’s pleasant outside. On days when it is cold or rainy, I will sit inside a restaurant, and I will be pleased to know that the air I am breathing is of great quality. I cannot ask for anything else.
